Since 2016, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok has entrusted Property Solutions Thailand to deliver a full spectrum of luxury support services. As a one-stop partner, we were engaged from the outset to provide consultancy services for setting up the residence’s housekeeping department—defining structure, standards, and operational protocols. Our ongoing scope includes Public Area Housekeeping and tailored in-residence services such as housekeeping, concierge and butler-style support, stone care restoration, wood care, and upholstery cleaning—designed to meet the needs of overseas residents and discerning homeowners.
Scope
Our mandate was to provide end-to-end consultancy and implementation services for the establishment of a fully integrated housekeeping department. This included defining the operational framework, designing departmental structures, creating service protocols, and overseeing recruitment and training. We also implemented ongoing Public Area and Residential Housekeeping Services to ensure seamless daily operations, all aligned with The Ritz-Carlton’s globally recognized standards of luxury and service excellence.

We developed and executed a comprehensive cleaning strategy encompassing both post-construction and final deep cleaning. The scope was tailored to meet the exacting standards of Four Seasons, ensuring that every residence was delivered in pristine condition, ready for immediate occupancy.

From pre-opening through final delivery, our team meticulously cleaned all 335 residences, applying deep-cleaning protocols that aligned with the brand’s highest standards. Our work played a pivotal role in the successful completion and handover of the property, with owners receiving their homes in flawless condition.
